Where is Premium??

I already bought the premium version a while ago. I deleted the app to save space on my phone, but then I downloaded it again last week. To restore premium, I click on Settings "Restore Purchases," and I am told by the app that I have none. So I click on "Purchase Premium" and an error message tells me to ensure I have the right Apple ID (Ive only ever had one), or to try again later. Its been telling me this for days!
